dbt 1.2 - Move default cross-database macros from dbt-trino-utils into dbt-trino #72

For dbt-core 1.2, we're going to move the default cross-database macros into dbt-core. As a maintainer, you'll move your cross_db_utils folder from dbt-trino-utils into dbt-trino at that time.

I'll be happy to help you accomplish those details when that time comes.
