增强 state 命令

目的：方便查询用户账号的 state 状态，便于测试合约以及排查问题

  1. 通过 access_path 查询具体的 resource （AccessPath 的生成方式）
  2. 查询用户的 Storage Root 以及基于某个版本的 StorageRoot 获取该 Root 下的 resource。
  3. 列出或者导出某个账号下的所有 Module 或者 Resource （考虑展现方式）
