ingest a csv from hdfs

i would like to read csv from hdfs though a job spec
and then ingest that into pinot table, there is no recipe for that.

there is one option with spark but we dont use spark.
we would like to use deep storage and if anything goes wrong we need the ability to read from hdfs.

can you provide a working recipie?
