Hi, thanks for reporting.
I don't think it is up to us to decide the privacy manifest for WebRTC framework. It is safe to assume that no third party SDKs are being used but there is also required to specify some APIs and the reason their are used.

Unfortunately, to provide accurate information, the WebRTC developers will need to provide this information.
