[Bug Report] Blank "Scrape with" option for unnamed stash-box

Describe the bug
When clicking "scrape with" in the scene edit, the first dropdown option is blank if you have an unnamed stash-box integration. The height of the option is also very small because the option has no text and that makes it hard to notice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have one stash-box integration with no name
2. Edit a scene
3. Click 'Scrape With...'
4. See a blank dropdown option at the top

Expected behavior
The option should have a default name if the stash-box integration is missing a name or a default name should be given to every stash-box integration if a name is not specified.
