Describe the bug
When scraping for galleries, the "Excluded Tag Patterns" are not obeyed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Galleries > Select Gallery'
  2. Click on 'Scrape Button'
  3. "Excluded Tags Patterns" are being included in the scraped tags

Expected behavior
"Excluded Tag Patterns" are not included when scraping for Galleries

Stash Version: (from Settings -> About):
v0.14.0-7-g9e606feb

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
