[5.x] Select specific repositories for Eloquent Driver install command #1599

For new projects we are automating a basic setup for our workflow, in which we also want to automate what we put in the eloquent driver.
Currently it's only possible to run the command with the --all parameter or to manually select the repositories.

This issue goes along with this PR: statamic/cms#11381
