RAREMETALWORKER analysis generated a singlevar.score.txt and singlevar.cov.txt for each trait. Considering we have multiple phenotypes for the same set of samples then can we just generate only one singlevar.cov.txt which will be common for all the remaining phenotypes. The generation of singlevar.cov.txt is the most time-consuming step. If we can skip the singlevar.cov.txt generation for same set of samples for multiple phenotypes, then it will save time and storage space. Thank you.
