RAREMETAL usage with custom summary statistics

Dear RAREMETAL team,

We would like to ask about the use of RAREMETAL with our own summary statistics made from other tools for Meta-analysis.

1. Can we input our own summary statistics output from tools like GMMAT into RAREMETAL?

2. If so, is it possible to generate the additional files (such as the LD matrix) using RAREMETALWORKER or rvtests while utilizing our existing summary statistics?

Our goal is to maintain consistency in comparisons across different tools. Therefore, we need to use the same summary statistics across all tools rather than rerunning them using RAREMETALWORKER.
We would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter.
