Keycard not shown in settings screen

Expected behavior

Keycard attached to account can be managed from settings (your keycards)

Actual

For an account created on an empty keycard, the setting screen does not show the keycard. This prevents access to options like "change PIN". This is likely due to the keycard holding no metadata, only keys.

Similarly, account 1 in wallet is not shown to be a keycard account but is then changed to one after selecting to add an account, instead of creating account 2. After doing this the keycard does appear in the keycard settings.

Steps to reproduce

Created an new account using an empty keycard (biometrics were enabled but expected to be unrelated)
