Cannot send txs from migrated keypair from v1

Bug Report

Problem

Currently the keypairs that are added on v1 from seed phrase or private key are unusable - you cannot remove them or use them (error at sending).
The issue with sending is not presented in 2.31, it is a regression from 2.32.

Expected behavior

Can send assets

Actual behavior

Reproduction

1. Install 1.20, open profile
2. Plus > Add account via seed phrase
3. Install 2.32
4. Try to send assets from migrated account
