"Select network to receive" Screen does not match design in Bridge Flow

follow up for #21595

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Bridge flow.
2. Select the account from which assets will be bridged.
3. Proceed to the "Select Network to Receive" screen.

Actual result:

• The network selected as "Bridge From" is shown as disabled.
  

• The asset (e.g., DAI) that is going to be bridged is not displayed.

Expected result:

• The network selected as "Bridge From" should not appear at all on the "Select Network to Receive" screen. So, only 2 networks can be shown on "Bridge To" page
• The asset being bridged should be displayed, as per the design.
