Fix profile picture and name during onboarding

Bug Report

Problem

During onboarding, the user should have a default name based on its key, e.g:

Also the user should have this icon as default profile image:

The current onboarding doesn't do any of these.

Expected behavior

After the onboarding, the user must:

• Have a name based on its full key
• Have a user icon as default profile picture

Actual behavior

• The current username removes the zQ3 prefix from their key
• The default user image is a letter z since it's based on their username

Reproduction

1. Just complete the onboarding
