I'm aware of an issue with the Windows hacktv download feature in hacktv-gui, as well as the two broken download links on the wiki page.

I had these linked directly to files in my OneDrive account, but the links appear to have been invalidated somehow. Unfortunately, I'll need to issue a new release to fix this. I'm currently working on an alternative storage solution for these files and will issue a fixed release as soon as possible.
