There are multiple ways of embedding Python

PyPy has binaries for every platform https://www.pypy.org/download.html
https://ahgamut.github.io/2021/07/13/ape-python/ demonstrates that it might be possible to use a single Python binary for every platform
https://github.com/RustPython/RustPython/ is not up to the task yet, it doesn't have a working SSL module as far as I can tell
