additional cards suggestion

As already described, I was actively searching for such cards, for printing out in black/white (easy distribution in my teams). In my daily meetings, I also needed these cards:

essentials:

• louder (plz make your mic louder)
• quieter (plz make your mic quieter)
• plz don't interrupt others
• show me your face!
• let us vote
• I would like to speak next (raising hand)
• I have direct question / remark!

optionals:

• plz buy a headset
• plz repeat that
• ... that one in next meeting, plz!
• plz change camera/light
