bug: Bubble dropdown menu displays in wrong position in safari

Describe the bug

Clicking the bubble dropdown menu on safari causes it to be displayed at the top left of the screen, rather than where it is supposed to be anchored to (above the menu).

Go to the novel demo https://novel.sh/ in safari, select some text and try to change the text type, the dropdown menu will display in the top left of the window.
