See the comment here. The original request was from this ticket and implemented by this pull request. This is not a bug. It is currently designed as a picker of existing hashtags. Add hashtags by typing them directly on your page. This hashtag picker dialog may evolve over time. I'll leave this here as a feature-request |

Problem to Solve
I installed v5.8.1 first and the tag function works well until I upgraded it to v6.5.0.
The Insert Hashtags dialog pops up but I can't add any tags to the Tags box.
To Reproduce

Tags can be added to the page and searchable using "Searh Hashtags" feature.
