Upgrade project dependencies

Upgrade project dependencies, i'm not going to elaborate why and how here.

• minilzo 2.10 updated
• tinyxml removed
• CxImage update or replace.
• libconfig update or replace.
• libpng.
• zlib.
• minilzo.

In progress, issue CxImage (sourrce forge) has nog been updated for a couple of years. So we need to check if any of the forks is of good quality.
Libconfig has been updated, but it seems a bit old style c++ ish.

This one can be considered completed. I may in the future upgrade to a forked CxImage. But for now that does not add any value.
