Upgrade Auth0 to the OSS offering

To be eligible to the OSS program, you must comply the following points:

1. Your entire codebase must be open source and publicly available on GitHub or similar code hosting services
2. You cannot charge money for the open source project or any of its derivatives
3. You must add an Auth0 badge to your website. You can choose any of the ones shown at http://auth0.github.io/auth0-oss-badges/ You can see the code to include it at https://github.com/auth0/auth0-oss-badges/blob/gh-pages/index.html#L8-L9
4. The OSS project can’t be deployed to production by another company who will use it to generate revenue.
