Event Listing and Event Details should retrieve content in real-time instead of build-time #20

Now Gatsby is used to build the pages in Markdown, and then connected with SQL stats + attendance in real-time using an eventId value in the markdown files.

This should ideally be moved 100% into the database and queried in real-time.
