[FEATURE REQUEST] Liveticker as standalone application

Hello,

I would be interested to know if it‘s possible to convert the wordpress plugin into a stand alone application which can be installed on a webspace with it‘s own database, editor etc. and the possibility to included the live tickers as iframes or something similar to a website. Actually making the plugin independent from Wordpress to be able others without wordpress installation to use the livetickers.
I think it would be a great next step of evolution for live tickers.
