我的8250U以前解决过这个问题，把cfg关了然后用voltageshift设置功耗甚至可以突破15W的tdp，但后面抹盘重装之后就不行了

我的是开机运行缓慢，什么软件都不打开都开机运行缓慢。
后来买了m1笔记本后也不管不解决了。这太黑苹果能装上系统就行了别的顾及不了太多了
