Update links to example storybooks #19436

As part of the Canvas CI project, we got rid of all of our
examples
, e.g. #19343 and replaced them withsandboxes
that are dynamically generated.This leaves a large documentation gap, since there are numerous links throughout the docs to Netlify-hosted storybooks based on those examples. We need to come up with a suitable replacement, either based on the
sandboxes
