node --version
v22.11.0

Storybook version 8.4.5

Reproduction link

Reproduction steps

Use npm lts (22.11.0)

npx sb init

Hangs indefinitely

Can't. It hangs.

Downgrading to node <=21 works.

Upgrading to 22 causes all npx sb commands to fail if it is not already installed
