build-storybook expects root dir to be .storybook

Try changing the config to _storybook.
$ build-storybook -o _storybook/
Error: => Create a storybook config file in "./.storybook/config.js".

@kevinSuttle -o is the output directory. -c is for the config directory.

I assume this is fixed.
