Clear shortcut for addon-actions - Cmd/Ctrl + K to clear

This is a common shortcut in terminals (and even in the Chrome DevTools!) to clear the output.

This would be very handy.

We would to add a feature to support for addons to register keyboard shortcuts.
With that we could do this.

Adding an api for registering shortcuts will be part of: #865 #1209

Addon-actions would also have to be modified to take advantage of this and clear itself when the called.
