We promoted "MINI_EPICS" to EPICS and invented a new superclass, "OBJECTIVE" for what the contract called "EPICS". We've got a per-OBJECTIVE-quarter list of work completed that quarter, and the OBJECTIVE tag can persist the remaining work. Whew!
