HTTP integrations next steps

I just merged #1840 which removes most of the duplicated code for the tests of the HTTP integrations.

• Files support in Chalice
• Remove TemporalResponses classes in favour of the framework classes
  TemporalResponse
• In lieu of the above, maybe it is worth implementing a framework agnostic way Change response status code without info.context.response #1801 Unify how we allow to set headers and status code #1579
• Make sure the status code are good Check returned status codes in various integrations and cases #2270
• Unify the HTTP processing, a lot of code is duplicated between the integrations at the moment.
