We should Add sample projects in an examples folder. FastmCP has a bunch of examples now of our project being used. The main use case we should show examples of is using the pedantic adapter with various wrappers in some example projects.

Each example project should be a fake use case like a simple chat app, a simple trading app, a simple web scraper, etc
