Add option to write a total of all activities from $TT_LOGS

Something like this:

UTC,activity name,time spent
Wed Jan 26 19:18:34 UTC 2022,Task1,1h 0m
Wed Jan 26 20:18:34 UTC 2022,Task2,0h 30m
-,Total from above,1h 30m
Wed Jan 28 20:18:34 UTC 2022,Task3,2h 10m
