I tested with clear install, and in Poland golf was listed first despite https://github.com/streetcomplete/countrymetadata/blob/master/data/popularSports.yml#L50

Affects sport quest for leisure=pitch

Not (yet) tested other country-dependent listings distinct from default, see https://github.com/streetcomplete/countrymetadata/blob/master/data/popularReligions.yml .
