Not connecting on First Launch

The not connecting issue (stripe/stripe-terminal-react-native#789) from the React Native SDK also applies to this SDK for stripelocalmobile. I tried some versions to get an idea of when it started.

This only impacts the Live version of the tap to pay reader, the test version works fine. It is only on first launch that you get "Timed out waiting for connection token" on "connectLocalMobileReader". If you kill the app and retry all works fine. Unfortunately this first impression is pretty detrimental so doing to stick at 3.6.0 for now.

I have tried it on:
3.3.1 - works
3.6.0 - works
3.7.0 - doesn't work
3.8.0 - doesn't work
3.10.0 - doesn't work
