Hi,

I'm using zsh as shell and El Capitan as OS version.
When trying to login I get

zsh: permission denied: /usr/local/bin/lpass

Hi Floris,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Could you please open up a terminal and post the output of the following command:
ls -ltrah /usr/local/bin/lpass
