Send an SMS message to remind participants 60 minutes before the run time. A few users reported that they do not show up because they forget.

Assumptions/Rationale:

This PBI supports the goal of enhancing interaction

This could be considered as a user story as the value proposition is simple and cannot be broken down further into multiple user stories
