Phue --host error

I'm having a issue where whenever I run the script I get this error message
usage: phue.py [-h] --host HOST [--config-file-path CONFIG_FILE_PATH]
phue.py: error: the following arguments are required: --host
Im running this code on a windows 10 pc and I was wondering if there was a solution to this problem I am using the python IDLE if that helps in any way does anyone have any idea how to fix this
