Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
By click on the Edit Icon of the Room
I can choose Access to Users or Groups but not to Circles
I can choose Moderator to Users or Groups but not to Circles

Describe the solution you'd like
Also be able to choose Circles in Access or Moderator Section
