On linux the default sketchbook folder is ~/sketchbook

So on the SConstruct file, replace this line :
SKETCHBOOK_HOME = resolve_var('SKETCHBOOK_HOME', path.expanduser('/share/arduino/sketchbook/'))
by this line
SKETCHBOOK_HOME = resolve_var('SKETCHBOOK_HOME', '/sketchbook/')
