Windows, ux occasionally stops responding after opening a repo #1975

I'm running the regular Windows Defender. I just added the repo folder to exclusion list, I'll monitor if the issue goes away. |
I managed to reproduce the issue again with the folder excluded from windows security scanning. There seems to be a crash handler process being under Sublime Merge process in the task manager, but I don't see any window to interact with. I don't see this process showing up under normal circumstances. |

I do indeed. Also, I haven't seen the problem since the last update. I'm not sure if something changed, or I'm just more lucky. |

Sublime merge SOMETIMES stops responding right after opening a specific repository. It happens in bursts for some reason, like it stops responding many times and then it works fine again after a few restarts.
