Just leaving an idea here as a log.

If someday we want a lsp_utils-managed Python distribution just like what we do to Node.js,

https://github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone/releases provides portable Python distributions with pip and venv. They are "decompress and use" Python setup for multiple version/arch/platform combinations. It powers tools like rye and uv.
