Function hardware affinity & nodeSelector

Heavy data processing functions will want to leverage gpu accelerated computing. Having a way to assign a function to run a gpu node-group or a node that has a gpu would be great.

Adding a node selector would also be great for tying a deployment to a specific node-group for 1) track that projects costs, 2) co-locating functions and 3) ensuring hardware for functions
