This REST endpoint return http 200 if karaf loaded successfully, 503 if loading, 500 if failed to load
https://peer-ip:8443/rest/v1/peer/ready

This REST endpoint return http 200 if MH registered with AND connected to peer, 503 otherwise
https://peer-ip:8443/rest/v1/peer/mhpresent
