This is happening from within voyager web.

I am experiencing the same with a different MP. I had this extension installed previously https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=lifeart.vscode-ember-unstable, but after I uninstalled it things stopped working for me.
See a ticket my colleague created with more details in Jira.

I also stopped seeing the links in VSCode for jumping to related files
