GDPR: only user document is attempted to be purged

Process must delete:
• deploy_path + owner_id; repo_path + owner_id and all files including owner_id in rsa_key paths.
• deploy keys (are RSA keys in fact)
• CouchDB data (will be marked as deleted and not replicated from backup for mandatory backup/mandatory restore without deleted data)... data are currently not replicated and not backed up.
• Redis data (API Keys, MQTT authorizations) - dtto.
