Summary from the notes (please others fill in the belated consensos I'm forgetting!):

Directors: juul, mai, eenblam, lesley, bengo, sierk, robb, max schwartz, blake, jenny, jake
Up in the air (group consented, no notes as to whether these individuals did, but iirc at least Benny & Seth consented?): Benny, Seth, Daniel, Jehan
Officers: President: Lesley (standing, Mai, Sierk, and Eve were also nominated but never consented - or perhaps Sierk consented?); Secretary: Will resigned; Benny and Lesley were nominated but never consented?; Treasurer: Jenny (with note: "Would like to know who might be interested in shadowing our accounting process to take over as treasurer next year") - and this should ideally be a new person this year for reasons of fiduciary checks and balances)

Pending some input from those 'up in the air', I will make a PR for this repo.
