Add homepage

[virgile-dev]

For users who are not loggued in, we want to display a home page that presents the product and its features.
When they logout we could redirect them to this home page.
The home page should be easily customizable so that each instance can have their own. No need for CMS as it's going to be a single page.
Content should include :

• Hero section: 1 line product pitch + animated gif
• Use cases
• Features
• Open source (FR x DE collab) + contribute
