SSP causing StreamFX plugin to die whenever a camera is captured.

Steps to reproduce.

Add a 3d transform streamfx filter to a source. It will be able to manipulate it.
Add a ssp source to any scene.
Connect it to a camera so its displaying.
new streamfx filters no longer function.

The ssp plugin is breaking Windows and OBS API calls.
Streamfx works fine without the SSP plugin capturing a camera was able to be reproduced on multiple computers.
