When I first installed tribal trouble (or when i dont open in compatibility mode) a window pops up stating 'A JNI error has occured please check installation' or something similar. That is not the only problem I found as when I tried to open Tribal Trouble from the shortcut in compatibility mode and another window would pop up asking whether I allow the porgram to made changes to my computer, if i select yes (or no) nothing would happen. I have done the thing with the registration file.
