微信是3.8.1 (26638)，看到有消息撤回，但是切换到别的对话再切回来，之前拦截的消息就消失了，只剩下撤回消息的提示

测了下私聊时撤回会出现上述问题，群聊有时候是好的有时候是不行的，暂时没找到规律
