fix: add supafast tarball for upgrading auth via supabase-admin-api (#2009)

`supabase-admin-api` (internal repository) likes tarballs that *only use
`gotrue`* as only those will be upgraded via the admin-api mechanism.

This adds an additional tarball version usable with this upgrade
mechanism.
